Not good for the exhibition as quite apart from the noise, they were extracting sewage from a manhole somewhere in the dock, resulting in a foul smell. They were there all day, resulting in only thirty-four visitors on a day when I would have expected more. Interestingly none of the many Anglian Water staff working outside came into the building, but we did have a visit from the engineer to make the regular check of the electricity supply and the fire alarm.
