I will never in my photography use the art to embarrass or otherwise denigrate any person. If possible I will always ask for their permission before photographing them and will never exhibit any image without their permission with the exception of where the person’s inclusion is incidental and they are not the subject of the image.

I will not photograph children apart from members of my family without the express permission of their parents.

Places

I will respect privacy and not enter land which is not publicly accessible. I will not enter buildings without permission, nor will I use telephoto lenses to invade a person’s privacy within any building. I will respect the countryside and do no damage to places that I visit whilst practising my photography. I will be sensitive to the environment at all times.

Copyright

I will respect the copyright of others whilst expecting my own copyright to be respected in return. I will not use artificial intelligence (AI) to create images that I claim as my own although I may use AI to enhance images that I have taken.
